One of this year’s most sought after Countdown Pack releases is readying for a pre-Christmas release with the Air Jordan Countdown pack featuring the XI and XIIs. The two colorways featured include the Black/Red XIs and the Black/White XIIs. Unlike previous pack releases , this one represents two popular models whereas previous releases involved more recent and less popular releases paired with some of Jordan’s earlier shoes. Although some stores have prematurely opened up their stock for sale, UNDFTD are dropping theirs at 12:00 am on Saturday, December 20th.

most of us have heard about Jordan Brand’s latest collaboration with Eminem which has produced a Flight Club exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 2 (II). This special release will be limited to 313 pairs, a number signifying the area code in Detroit, Michigan where Marshall Mathers aka Eminem grew up. This unique colorway features a black leather upper accented by grey and red stitching. The most interesting aspect of this sneaker is definitely the handwritten lyrics from Eminem’s songs featured on the ankle and side of this pair. A limited edition Air Jordan x Eminem t-shirt will accompany the release of this “The Way I Am” Air Jordan II. These will be available at Air Jordan Flight Club today, December 18, 2008, at 7pm EST/4pm PST. Be sure to be prompt if you’re interested in this release because they will sell definitely out quick!

Having already announced the Air Jordan I (1) Do the Right Thing Pack, Jordan Brand will also be releasing the Alpha Omega Pack. The Alpha Omega Pack is will yield two very different styles. The Air Jordan I (1) is inspired by the colors of Omega Psi Phi, The Fraternity of Michael Jordan.This Air Jordan I features grand purple, varsity maize, and white while the Alpha model consists of an original Air Jordan I that brings back the combination of black and grey. Release is scheduled for next year along with the DTRT pack.
